Tried all the reset suggestions but still nothing. Green lights is on but not blinking. No rate shown on front face. All settings on .. on Blaze and App.
Please help

Same issue here. Reset, shut it down, removed the app, removed it from my phone and readded and still nothing. Green lights are on.
