As above Heart Rate Monitor not working and the green lights on the back aren't lit.

Ive tried all the reset and restart options but nothing seems to work.

 

The product has been working perfectly and is only 5 days old....HELP!

I’m having the exact same issue!! It’s fine few a min or so after reset or charging the battery, then gone again... mine is fairly new too.

I phoned them direct, went through all processes, they couldn’t get it to work so now waiting on an email reply. Within the 29 day’s do I’ll make sure I get a new watch!
