Blaze heart rate monitor not working

My heart rate monitor on my blaze just stopped working all of a sudden the green light stays on. I've reset my watch several times, removed from app and added back, I've switched off the heat rate monitor option then back on and nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thank you in advance

Same here. And my sleep monitor stopped working yesterday as well. I’ve tried everything.

I am having the same issues with sleep and HR, the green light works but it isn't registering ,
