Blaze heart rate monitor not working

The heart rate monitor on my Blaze has stopped working and only one green light on the back is flashing, do I have a problem. I have tried rebooting it.

I'm sorry you're having problems with the heart rate monitor not working on your Blaze 😕

 

Since you've tried to restart your tracker and this has not helped, I've escalated your case to the Support Team for them to help you out. Just keep an eye on your inbox for more instructions and if you need anything else, I'm always around!
