Blaze heart rate monitor not working.

The heart rate monitor on my blaze is really hit or miss.

It worked fine at first but now when I'm at the gym it is saying my heart rate is under 100 (which it most definitely is not). Sometimes it works, most of the time it doesn't and says it is much lower than it is, and other times it shows me nothing at all. 

 

Any tips?

I too suffer the same problem, i did all the resets suggestions i could find on here as i tried them before and worked great after that, however it happened again this time after trying all resets that didn't work i then called Fitbit help center as suggested, ran over all resets and syncs with them, they could see me doing this at their end so knew i was trying. Ended up they couldn't help me, said it was a firm ware problem and as my Fitbit was out of warranty they couldn't replace it and gave me up to 25% off a new one if I use within the month, i don't have money for a new one and hope to replace it at Christmas from my partner. But what does work for me as a temp measure at the moment is resetting it nearly daily/sometimes a few times a day (holding single button and the bottom right button together for 5-10 secs till it resets)

 

Search on here for the resets pages, they are very helpful and hopefully you will be able to fix yours.

 

I will add I have had 2 different Fitbits, both had to be replaced by Fitbit for faults and this is now the 2nd fault with the Blaze. I also use mine 24 hours a day, only comes off to go in the shower and my friends have had similar issues with Fitbits too, so unsure if i will be replacing my Fitbit for a new one or another brand.
