Hi there @wbdo, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not reading your heart rate correctly. I'll be happy to help you out with this.
Have you tried to restart your Blaze by any chance? You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
After that, see if the heart rate monitor starts to work properly. If it doesn't, you can try to go to the last screen on your Blaze to access your settings. Here, look for the Heart Rate monitor option and turn it Off and back On or Auto and get it to sync and see if that helps.
If you need more help, I'm always around!

I have also been having issues with my Blaze hr monitoring it has been erratic since the end of October, I have tried reboot many times, cleaned my device, tried both arms and multiple positions but still having erratic heart rate data which effects all of the other functions of my blaze?

Mine stopped working a while ago I ended up just switching it off after it didn't work in hopes that my batter could last longer than a day without recharging.

I believe my issue is related to the last update as this coincides with sudden battery issues and many other Blaze users appear to be suffering the same since the last update

No heart rate monitor as well. My Blaze last logged heart rate near noon on October 29. I had noticed I had no sleep logging, but just noticed no heart rate log today. I have tried the restart, re-add, re-pair, just as other have. Maybe the last couple of app updates, as others have noted?

I tried to reboot my blaze, charge the blaze, clean it with no luck and then waited for the next app update incase that came with some fix but no the heart rate monitor is still not working.
I have a replacement Blaze on its way to me, Customer service were great and within ten minutes of the web chat with them they said that I was eligible for a replacement, to note to you all, if you purchased your Blaze within the European Union you are entitled to 2 years warranty, it’s in the handbook that came with your device.

Hi there guys, good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
@LouiseFMc, can you please provide me with more details on the issue you're experiencing? Are the lights not turning on at all or only one of them works or what exactly happens?
@Petecycle, I'm sorry you're also having problems with this. I'm happy to hear that our Support Team is getting your tracker replaced. Hopefully we'll see you back on track soon!
@OldWalt, the problem with your tracker seems to be that the battery is draining faster than it should and not the heart rate not working properly. Is that correct? If so, I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
@rlclark54, I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support Team for them to help you out. Please, keep an eye on your inbox for more instructions. Let me know if you need more help.
If you guys need more help, I'm always around!

At least someone is reading the posts.
Still no heart rate monitoring on my Blaze since 10/29/2018. I even let the battery drain completely before recharging it just to see if that would help. Heart rate green lights are blinking but no reading on the app. Interesting that after the multiple resets I occasionally have had sleep monitoring … but still no heart rate monitoring.
