Blaze heart rate monitor always registering heart rate even when not worn. This is then counting calories so not giving accurate read outs. I have seen previous topics saying a firmware issue, has this been resolves as yet?

Hi there @lmillin123, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I would like to help you out with your heart rate monitor always registering your heart rate even when not being worn.
You can actually change the settings for the heart rate monitor to work only when you have it on. By default, when your tracker is on ON, it will always be working, meaning that anything you put under the sensor could be recorded as false heart rate. Now, you can change the settings from ON to Auto, which will activate the monitor only when your tracker is being worn. You can change this from your tracker directly. For this, go to the last screen on your tracker to access the settings. Look for the Heart rate option and here, change it to Auto.
Hope you find this helpful. Let me know if you need more help!
