Blaze heart rate monitor stopped working

My Fitbit Blaze heart rate monitor was just working fine until morning. I put kept it for charging for little while and after that the heart rate monitor is not working. I have checked all settings and restarted the device twice. I worked out in the evening but I did not get any change in the heart rate. Both the green lights are working fine.

Welcome to the Community @Deepikag. If your Blaze stopped registering your heart rate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it. Also, you can restart your tracker and check that this feature is in "On" or "Auto" by going to Settings > Heart Rate > On or Auto from your Blaze.
