I'm sorry to hear that your tracker seems not to respond while the green lights seem to be working.
I'd like to know a few things... Is your tracker still syncing even when the display is not responding? Also, have you tried anything to get your tracker to work? If not, I can recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. After that, the display should come back on.
Let me know if you're still having problems with your tracker after that!

I am having the same issue and spoke to customer service, a week or more , they said they would look into and I have not heard anything .
Have followed all of the tips the customer service
