My blaze has begun to sporadically track my heart rate and sleep. I've reset it several times. I've had the Blaze less than a year. Hopefully this isn't like the two previous Fitbit products that I've purchased that stopped functioning after 10-14 months. Any suggestions?

Hi there @DebbieDz. Good to see you in the Forums! 🙂
I'd say these two go by the hand... If your heart rate is not being recorded correctly, your sleep will most likely will not be recorded either.
Now, I'd like to know... Are you able to see the green lights flashing on the back of your Blaze? You can also go to the last screen on your Blaze and switch it from On to Off to Auto just to see if that makes any difference. Does that make any difference?
If you see your heart rate monitor, does it show dashes on the display or will it show anything else at all?
I'll be looking forward for your reply!

The green lights are flashing. I reset the on off auto. Still not working properly. I can see the dots on my blaze where my heart rate should read.
