My heart rate monitor is not working. I have also shut down, restarted and researched it is not responding! This function haven't worked since Wednesday this week.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If your heart rate information isn't being recorded, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.

Hey,
On my Dashboard display. Miles walked, active minutes, floors, bpm numbers are visible for that day. But unfortunately, Calories burnt and Steps taken are not actively showing. I can see the symbols, but no numbers displaying. It's clearly syncing but not staying connected. Could you please offer some assistance as to why this is occurring? And or solution as to what I can do, to solve this minor glitch.
