Blaze heart rate not reading

Hello, my Fitbit Blaze is fairly new and suddenly the green light facing my wrist stopped flashing and it is not reading my heart rate. Can I get some help please?

Hey @Valcastro, welcome to the Community.

 

If you are having issues with your heart rate information, I recommend restarting the tracker, make sure that this option is in "Auto" or "On" by swiping to settings directly from the Blaze and check it.

 

Also, in this post, you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
