Blaze HR is much faster than counted Pulse, so sleep not recording either. I have reset the Blaze which made no difference. Positioned in the same place on my wrist that has been working for the past year. Green LED lights sensor clean.

Hello @espresso6, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! Thank you for all the troubleshooting steps that you already performed, in order to solve this situation. I'll be glad to help you find a solution. I suggest that you try these tips:
- Turn your Blaze off and the back on.
- Turn the heart rate monitor off and the back on.
- Make sure you are not wearing the tracker too loose or too tight: Wear and Care Tips
- For sleep tracking, I suggest that you choose the sensitive sleep setting: What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting in the Fitbit app?
Let me know how everything goes.
