Blaze heart rate not recording in auto mode

My heart rate sensor only records heart rate in the on position not in the auto mode. I’ve shut down my smart watch turned it back on and synced with my iPhone 10xr. I also restarted my fitbit then synced my watch to my phone and still it only records heart rate in the on mode. When it is in auto mode the green flashing lights flash a couple of times on and off and then go off. There is normal function of the green lights when it is set to the “on” heart rate mode. What can I do to get it to resume proper function in the auto position.

Mine is doing the same.  And not detecting activity, no sleep and my totals are not syncing for my challenges.

Same with my Blaze. It hasn't tracked HR or sleep for a few days 😞
