Blaze HR not working LED lights not flashing. Tried restarting, turned off/on HR need help!

I'm sorry for my delayed response. Thanks for letting me know about your Blaze behavior, as well the troubleshooting steps that you've tried. I've checked with our Support Team and apparently they already took your case under their wings. They'll be contacting you shortly via email.

Hi, my Fitbit Blaze is also experiencing this issue. I have tried doing a hard reset by holding the left button and bottom right button until the logo appeared. I have tried using different methods to charge my Fitbit just in case the wall outlet was having issues. I have cleaned the charger base and the back of my watch. Since only one light is working (the other light comes on but very faintly and does not flash) my watch is constantly draining its battery and only lasts maybe 3 or 4 hours. Please help! This is my only motivation to keep moving.
