Blaze heart rate not working, green lights on

Hello, I have a blaze that only displays dashes where the heart rate should be displayed. I have working green lights but nothing on screen. I have restarted the blaze, disconnected and reconnected but to no avail. The app and blaze have both had heart rate set at on/auto. Syncing seems to be working normally too. I have checked if I have the latest firmware installed but the most recent update is not installed or showing as available in the app. Could this be related?

Hi  @Mjl7972 -- any change on this?  I will occasionally go for periods of time when the Blaze (or my other trackers) can't get a reading (that's what the dash means).  In addition restarting the phone and the blaze, clean the sensors on the back of your tracker. 

Switching from "auto" to "on" or even "off" and then back to auto or on (don't forget to sync after each time you change state, or it doesn't take!) can also help.
