Ditto. It'd be nice to get an answer. The LEDs are working, I've tried resetting it several times, checked to make sure the Heart Rate is On, still no luck.

Well I have tried contacting Customer Support, but as I'm based in the UK I get routed to Canada to speak to an advisor (ridiculous that Fitbit don't have a UK based support team) which then makes it difficult to hold a conversation due to the time delay on the phone call! Anyway having been told by the first advisor that she 'wasn't trained' to handle this issue I was told I would receive a call back from a different department within 24 hours who would be able to help. Received a call back from another advisor who basically summarised what I had told the first advisor and then said she would get someone else to call me back within 48 hours! Very quickly losing faith in Fitbit and am considering taking my blaze back to the store I bought it from, getting a refund and buying a tracker from a different manufacturer.

My Blaze is doing the same thing since the 17th, but I didn't notice it until later (My HR graph just cuts off at about 9:30am). When I called Customer Service on the 19th they said there is a software issue and the engineering team is working on it but no other details. I haven't heard anything since and am getting very annoyed. Sometimes my HR is there, but most times it's not.

My fit bit stopped monitoring after update now it's a glorified step counter, it's within 12 months so time to get a refund should have bought the Apple Watch maybe Harvey Norman will exchange it

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Montybabt@iKnit@Bin76@Rory13@Bin76 and @benne070 I would like to ask if your Blaze is working properly now?  If you are still experiencing issues please try to restart the tracker and then:

- Turn the heart rate off

- Sync your tracker.

- Turn the heart rate on or auto.

- Sync your tracker again.

Also please notice that with high-intensity interval training, P90X, boxing, or other activities where your wrist is moving vigorously and non-rhythmically, the movement may prevent the sensor from finding an accurate heart rate. Similarly, with exercises such as weight lifting or rowing, your wrist muscles may flex in such a way that the band tightens and loosens during exercise. Try relaxing your wrist and staying still briefly (about 10 seconds), after which you should see an accurate heart rate reading. Note that your tracker will still provide accurate calorie burn readings during these types of exercise by analyzing your heart rate trends over the course of the workout.

Let me know if this helps!

Great to see you around @yhussein. Could you please tell me what inconvenience are you having, is it with the heart rate too? If it is, I recommend following the steps provided before. If it is not, please be more specific about what you are experiencing.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Wink

Hi there @yhussein. Good to see you around!

I'm sorry that you didn't have a good experience in your prior contacts with our Support Team. At the moment we only provide assistance over  the phone to users in the US, UK and India, however, you can feel free to chat or email our Support Team as well and they will be very happy to take care of you and get you back on track if needed.

Let me know if there is any specific thing you need help with. I'll be happy to help! 🙂

How does this help me with a major feature of the blaze.

Now my blaze is different to misfit and all those other step counters.

Can I get a refund?
