My Blaze is doing the same thing since the 17th, but I didn't notice it until later (My HR graph just cuts off at about 9:30am). When I called Customer Service on the 19th they said there is a software issue and the engineering team is working on it but no other details. I haven't heard anything since and am getting very annoyed. Sometimes my HR is there, but most times it's not.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @Montybabt, @iKnit, @Bin76! @Rory13, @Bin76 and @benne070 I would like to ask if your Blaze is working properly now? If you are still experiencing issues please try to restart the tracker and then:
- Turn the heart rate off
- Sync your tracker.
- Turn the heart rate on or auto.
- Sync your tracker again.
Also please notice that with high-intensity interval training, P90X, boxing, or other activities where your wrist is moving vigorously and non-rhythmically, the movement may prevent the sensor from finding an accurate heart rate. Similarly, with exercises such as weight lifting or rowing, your wrist muscles may flex in such a way that the band tightens and loosens during exercise. Try relaxing your wrist and staying still briefly (about 10 seconds), after which you should see an accurate heart rate reading. Note that your tracker will still provide accurate calorie burn readings during these types of exercise by analyzing your heart rate trends over the course of the workout.
Let me know if this helps!

Great to see you around @yhussein. Could you please tell me what inconvenience are you having, is it with the heart rate too? If it is, I recommend following the steps provided before. If it is not, please be more specific about what you are experiencing.
Hope to hear from you soon.

Just in general really. bit difficult to get a hold of anyone in person in Australia. Had a problem w my blaze and couldnt get any proper advice. Like, having a fitbit shop would be helpful or an Australian helpline @AlejandraFitbit
