Spoke to your very helpful staff member Cloyd, regarding my Blaze heart rate and BPM not working. He told me what I should try but it didn't work. What can I do as I use it when I exercise?

 Hi my bpm and heart rate carny get it to work as I use for the gym .it just stopped working , everything else okay thanks Geoff

You say your heart rate doesn't come on .Is your heart rate enabled. 

How do I change the heart rate setting on my Fitbit device?

Do the heart rate lights flash? 

Is this all the time?

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix the heart rate issue you are experiencing and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your Blaze?
