Blaze heart rate not working

I have had my Blaze since May 17, over the last couple of months the heart rate has stopped working. I have tried restarting with the left and bottom right buttons, ran the battery down to dead, turned the HR off then on again in settings, worn the watch on my other wrist, loosened the strap, but nothing has worked.

This also means that the sleep monitor does not work either.

please help.

I am having the same exact issue.  My blaze started doing a hard reset on its own repeatedly. Then once it quit resetting itself I found that the heart tracker no longer works. I purchased mine in January.

Mine is doing the exact same thing 😞 my husband bought it for me for Christmas 2016... I find it hard to believe they are meant to last less than 2 years 😢

Same problem here. I assume we had mine since July.

Mine was purchased January 2017. My friend had the same thing happen and was able to do a hard reset to fix it. That did not work for mine. Hers was purchased in March 2017. I am very disillusioned with this company. for $200 this product should last and function much better.
