My Blaze fluctuates heart rate so much is becoming increasingly frustrating. This thing flat out sucks at measuring an accurate heart rate. I've gone through the chats with reps twice now in order to fix this thing and nothing works. I will be sitting in my recliner and its 75bpm or whatever and then ill get up, walk to the bathroom 40 feet away, and its at 100+... Insane! I need to know where to check to see if this thing is still under warranty so that I can exchange it for a different model because this Blaze is awful.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are seeing that your tracker's heart rate reading isn't being accurate, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to see some things that might be affecting this reading and some tips to improve it.
