Blaze heart rate reading not accurate

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hello, I purchased my Blaze in February of this year and already had to request a pebble replacement due to it not registering heart rate properly, now I am faced with the same problem.

While working out (running, etc.), it will say my heart rate is 75 or so, when I darn well know that is not correct. I’ve gone to the settings, reset it, and done whatever I saw in the forums to try to resolve the issue, what is left?

This is technically my third Fitbit device and it’s discouraging that I keep having the same problem.

It’s hard to tell if it’s working, because when I a actually select and start a workout it will only show the two lines — for a very long time then it will say it’s 75, 80 or something I know to be inaccurate. It doesn’t matter where on my wrist I put it.
