I have a Fitbit Blaze that I haven't used in about 8 months and when I went today to charge it, it says full battery life but the green sensor lights on the bottom don't light up. It won't turn on unless its plugged in and it comes on only for a couple seconds. Any help would be great thanks.

It's great to welcome you @Jkaz21.

If your tracker's heart rate sensor isn't working, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, check that this feature is on by swiping to settings and see the heart rate option.

Nothing happens unless it is plugged in and only for a second or two does the screen light up. I cant swipe to check if the hr monitor is on and wen i unplug it to hold the buttons it turns off.
