My blaze’s heart rate sensor no longer flashes or tracks my heart rate. I have restarted it several times but it won’t work. I have disconnected it from my account but nothing helps. If anyone knows how to fix this please reply

Thanks so much for taking the time to troubleshoot the issue you're having with the heart rate sensor on your Fitbit Blaze. Please confirm if these are the steps you tried to restart your device? Have you tried to turn off/on your device?

 

I also recommend trying to change the heart rate setting to "On": Swipe to Settings and find Heart Rate Tracking. Change Heart Rate to On.
