Blaze heart rate stopped working

My Fitbit blaze randomly stopped tracking my heart rate. I have turned it on and off again and reinstalled it as a device on the app. The green light is still working on the back, so it's odd that it's still not tracking my heart rate. It's the main reason why I use the device on long rides, and I have a 500-mi ride in 2 weeks. Please help!15650106273582903435458817699908.jpg

Hello @sarahes,  welcome back to the Community forums. Sorry for the late reply. 

 

Thank you for all the details that you've provided about what you've experienced with your Blaze not tracking heart rate and the steps that you already tried.   

 

I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them. I hope everything goes well.
