Blaze - i get email notifications, but not text or call

I cant figure out why I don't get text or phone call notification on my blaze, but i get email notifications.

 

My phone is the android Droid Turbo 2.

 

Any ideas?

It's great to welcome you @Debbiterry. If your tracker is not receiving notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My tracker isn't receiving notifications (Android Fitbit app) post by our friend @MarreFitbit.
