Blaze iOS won't track my steps without my watch mobile track just looking

My blaze works fine with my watch but won't mobiletrack my steps without it restarted app and iOS but no luck

Sorry, this doesn't mak much sense. The Blaze is the 'watch' so it can't 'MobileTrack' anything as that's a function of the phone software.

What are you actually trying to do and how are you trying it?

My iPhone tracks my steps when wearing my blaze but as I work in a messy environment I don't wear it my phone used to track my steps but has stopped

Yes Mobile Track with the phone in the pocket will count your steps. 

The Blaze does not need a phone to count steps

i dont wear my blaze watch at work as messy job my iphone used to count my steps but has stopped and the fit bit app is just trying to sync with my watch which is at home

Does the Fitbit MobileTrac show up in your device listing, your comment is still confusing.

Sorted now for some reason mobiletrack was not listed so set it up as a new device and all good now
