Hey everyone. I'm pretty active during the day at my job. Today I logged about 16k steps for the day at work with an average HR of probably 100-120. Then, I went and worked out for about 45 minutes and my HR was about 135 average. My Blaze says I've burned 4800 calories. I've never ever hit that number so easily. When I checked it today around noon, I was literally sitting around 3000. I feel like this is completely inaccurate and also, if I'm really in a 2000 calorie deficit, that can't be good long term.
Lately it's been hard to lose fat but I've been getting more toned and maybe even putting more muscle on recently. My weight generally fluctuates between 180-185 depending on how much I drink or how (not so great) I eat during the weekends.
Any advice?
Thanks!

It's great to see you here @Mkkid91.
Have you logged any type of activity that might increased the amount of calories burned? If you haven't, please provide me with a screenshot of your calories burned information.
Hope to hear from you soon.
