Blaze inaccurate exercises or fitbit app

So today was the first day i got to use blaze for a 62 minute workout.  From my blaze watch it shows 33 minutes. (to add i just chose workout from the list of exercises from the watch, the workout today was a mix of cardio and weights.  not sure if that matters or not when choosing from the list of exercises on the watch)

So from the fitbit app under workouts it shows 33 mins (and desktop) but when I go under the details it shows the full 62 minute workout.  So I am not getting the full calorie burn for my workout.  And sure I can get to a computer and enter an entry but then that defeats the purpose of using the watch!

Why wouldn't it show properly everywhere?  Does anyone else have this problem?   

Sighs...............blaze 2 days old....I just want it to function properly....I hate trying to figure out problems as I use it.  

1. music controls don't work

2. you cannot read text messages

3. does not record a full workout

@Tarra Welcome to the Community! Thank you for the details that you've mentioned. If you're seeing 33 minutes of workout in the main app, you should see 33 minutes in the details. I would like you to go to your online Dashboard to see if you're still seeing the same information, to do so: Go to your Dashboard > click on log > activities > search for the activities that you synced on 29th in the main screen you should see activity, steps, distance duration and calories burned. If you click on details you'll get the graphs. 

If you're seeing it correctly in your Dashboard but not in the app then provide me with a screenshot. 

Regarding the music control issue that you're having please make sure that you're doing this procedure to set it. What kind of issue are you getting that you can't read the text messages? Keep in mind that your tracker can show up to 40 characters of a notifications. You can learn more about How do I get notifications from my mobile device?.
