I have a Blaze that I haven't used for about two years. I fired it up and tried using it today it reset the steps a couple of times. But then it seemed to be working and I got up to 3500 steps. But then I tried to sync it up to the Fitbit app on my phone and it took a while and finally synced. But then the steps and all the other data started over. What's up with that? Not sure what to do.

It's great to see you around @SherryTX.
I would like to know if you have checked your timezone? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there. Maybe the time on your tracker is wrong and that's why it is resetting at random time.
Let me know the outcome. ![]()

Its working now. I guess it needed to sync up a couple of times but now the time is right. Thanks.
