Every so often (about once a week) my Fitbit Blaze battery life disappears. For instance, yesterday I fully charged my Blaze then have worn it constantly from 2pm yesterday. I've done less steps that usual, the heart rate is off, I do not use notifications or music as this just doesn't seem to work with my Samsung Note 3, however the watch would have connected to the bluetooth of my phone - which is unusual as when I want to sync with my phone, it take an age compared to my Surge. That said, I thought the idea was to get constant feedback between the two and that is want was meant to happen, however at 9am this morning I had the battery warning flashing! I like Fitbit products, but I'm not impressed as this appears to be another purchase that does not fully work or last even a year.

Hi there @AHsportsmassage. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that the battery on your tracker is not lasting as it should but let me help you with that!
When it comes to your tracker taking too long to sync, that's strange. Is it to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. that you're constantly syncing or is it to a different phone? I'd recommend turning the bluetooth off and back on and also restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Now, after that, I can recommend putting it to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the cradle and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!
