I did the weekend warrior challenge on Saturday January 7th and Sunday January 8th.

Fitbit tells me I completed and also tells me I won (Hurrah) But tells me I won it on Monday January 9th which is the workweek hustle NOT WEEKEND WARRIOR.

It also tells me I won with 25, 561 which us the correct total for Saturday 7th (12,850) and Sunday 8th (13,711) so why is it telling me I won on Monday 9th not Sunday 8th.

It also tells me that I won the goal day challenge on Monday 9th January with 13,711 steps which is the step count I did on Sunday January 8th. It is now only 14.30 in England and I am on 7,840 steps so how is is telling me that I won a goal day challenge today.

My phone (Samsung S6 Edge) is on automatic time and location (GMT) and fitbit is also on automatic day and time.

Any advice appreciated as fitbit customer service tell me I am the only person who has reported this issue!!.

Hey there @rjgmummy! Great to have you in the Community! 🙂

For what you mention, it seems this is only happening with the challenges right? Are your other regular stats as steps, distance, active minutes and others syncing for the correct day?

It can be that the challenges you're joining are initiated by people with a different time zone. If this is not the case, make sure that your time zone is correct by going to the account section on the app, go to Advanced settings, go to time zone and here make sure it's correct. Now, even if it's correct, choose a different one, sync your tracker and then, choose the correct one and sync your tracker again and see if this makes any difference.

Let me know how it goes!

Hello,

Yes it is only with the challenges. I am not only in the same time zone
but am in the same house as the other participants. I have already been
instructed to do as you say and it has not made a difference.

As I said this all started last week when I changed to the Blaze from the

I was also asked by your colleague to do a goal day challenge by myself to see if the same thing happened and it did.  All through the day it tracked my steps bequatiffuly right on the nose and the following day told me I had won the challenge that day but with the previous days steps even though it was only 12.30 lunchtime it told me I had won the challenge that day.

Something is very screwy and I find it hard to believe that I am the sole person with this issue
