Blaze is black and vibrates uncontrollably

The screen suddenly went black one day and started vibrating until it finally drained the battery completely. I plugged it up to charge and it immediately started vibrating again. I have seen similar posts in this forum, but I don’t understand when people say you need to reset it with the ‘back’ button. This are only 3 buttons... 2 on one side and 1 on the other, but none on the back?

Someone please help!

The back button is on the left side of the Fitbit.it’s the only one there.  They call it the back button because when you are scrolling through your Fitbit and want to go back to where you were, you press that button.
