My blaze is counting calories while off my wrist. When I wake up it says I have burned about 4000 calories but its been on my night stand all night. I tried to reset it but it will not reset. I pressed the back button and the bottom right at the same time nothing works. What to do?

Is it also counting steps?
If it's just calories then this will be your BMR calories. These are the calories you burn just keeping your body alive (even when asleep). These calories are calculated from your profile settings so you needn't be wearing your fitbit to get them. It's not possible to remove these.
Having said that 4000 calories is a lot to get when you are asleep. I would check that your profile settings for height, weight etc are correct at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Yes, your BMR calories are calculated from your profile settings so it doesn't matter whether it's on your arm or not.

This is normal -- the calories burned is always counting, even when you are not wearing your tracker because you burn calories all day, even when sitting still. I don't know if it uses your fitness data (like your resting HR) to determine how fast you burn calories, or if it's just using some standard formula. This would be a question for someone at Fitbit.

There are no settings for the BMR calories as such but the calculations take into account your height, weight, age etc so it was these I was suggesting that you check in your profile
