Since I bought my Blaze on Saturday, I have paired it with my Pixel XL. It's extremely unstable and my phone is rebooting by itself several times a day now. I'm up to about 5 reboots so far today, and they usually coincide with either opening the Fitbit app, or attempting to sync. Please tell me this is just a bad version of the app, and not something I'm supposed to tolerate long-term?

Hi there @Rocket5. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze to sync properly with your Pixel XL and with your phone rebooting when interacting with the Fitbit app. I've not seen much other users having problems with this, so in this situation, I would probably recommend setting up your tracker as a new device since you've already tried restarting it and this hasn't worked very well.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem. Please let me know if you notice your tracker to be more reliable at the moment of syncing after doing this.
Now, about your phone rebooting, you could try to uninstall and reinstall the app and see if your phone seems to reboot still after doing this.
Anything else you may need, I'm here to help!

Thanks. I tried those things already, and also tried turning off sync, but it seems to be the app that's the problem. I'm just going to avoid using the app for now but if the issue continues I'll have to return the Blaze for a refund.

My Blaze is now refusing to charge and has not counted sleep for the last two nights. (Yes, I have reset it, removed the device from my phone, etc etc etc). I'm astonished at the poor quality of this product.
