Blaze is displaying the Fitbit logo

Hi, my Blaze has suddenly stopped working. I noticed that it was on the logo screen and I couldn't swipe or use button control then it went blank screen and I can't reset and it's not charging!

Just happened to me too, is there no company help?

I'm no expert. My best guess is that if you held the left button and the lower right button for at least 15 seconds, then you will need to contact tech support. If I did this correctly, here is the link for help: http://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

Mine stopped working too.

The battery was low.  When I tried to charge no screen indicators. 

After an hour on the charger, it seems to have charged but when I hold the  Left button and bottom right button for 10 seconds, I get the Fitbit logo with no ability to swipe it or press other buttons to get a different screen.  The fitbit logo stays bright and does not turn off.  The Blaze does give me a short vibrate about every 15 seconds.

 

How to force a reboot when the left button, bottom right button procedure is not doing the trick?

If your trackers are displaying the Fitbit logo, I recommend verifying if your trackers are paired. Please do the following from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
