Blaze is flickering with two colors

My Fitbit is flickering with two different colors and I can't access it.  Never had this happen before.  Almost one year old.  Should I return this product? Thanks

I would first try restarting it using this procedure:

Give this a few tries as it doesn't always work. If that doesn't fix it then, as you will still be within warranty, I would contact customer support via:

 

contact.fitbit.com
