Blaze is frozen

Hi there, my Blaze is charged and counting steps but left hand button does not  work and I can only see steps page if I press top right button. Can’t scroll through for other functions. Help please. (reset doesn’t work!)

Hey @Rats4, it's great to welcome you.

 

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this issue. Can you please confirm that these are the steps you are doing in order to restart your tracker:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Hi Alejandro,
I’ve tried resetting but whilst this gets me back to the time, it’s a temporary reprieve. The left hand button isn’t working alone and I cannot scroll across after selecting one of the functions. Only top right button
Is functional. Very frustrating that I can’t see the time / use the stopwatch / navigate. The screen just seems to lock itself and fade off.
Sorry but a simple reset doesn’t work.

Help still needed please!
