I can't get to my exercise icons or anything beyond first screen

Have you tried to restart your tracker? You can do this by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds. After that, your tracker should turn off, come back on and it should work normally.

Same problem here, I can swipe past the clock face to my fitness parameters which are functioning, but not back to the clock or anywhere else.  I reboot, works for a while and then the same thing.  Buttons do not work either at this point except to reset.  Frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker is not responding properly when you try to swipe across the screens 😕

 

Since you've already restarted your tracker and this is still happening, I can recommend getting in touch with the Support Team directly for them to take a deeper look and they will be happy to help you out with this.
