Blaze is frozen

My Fitbit Blaze buttons won't change the screen. I keep having to go to my phone and change the clock to get access to the screen, but the first time I use the screen after that. It's stuck there.

I appreciate the efforts in trying to fix this and would like to know if you have try the restart process? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
