Blaze is frozen

Last night my Blaze seemed like the battery had died, screen was black, buttons weren’t working, even the green lights in the back were off. I charged it a few days ago so it shouldn’t have been dead, and my app showed about half power. I ended up putting it on the charger and left it, even though it didn’t seem to even be charging.

 

This morning it seemed to be back to normal. It didn’t appear to charge at all because it still showed about 1/2 power. A couple hours later I noticed the left button wasn’t working. An hour after that the touch screen stopped working and now it’s completely frozen on a text notification.

 

I have tried resetting it (I read 10, 15, and 30 seconds so tried all multiple times). When the button wasn’t working I cleaning it with canned air. Not sure if anyone else has any tricks?

I am having this same issue. Black screen but has haptic feedback. Battery fully charged.
