Blaze is heating!!!!

Last Friday morning, I suddenly found that the battery drained out and my blaze is powered off. As I didn't bring my charging cable, I can only charge it on Saturday when I am home.

I received notification on the phone after 5 mins charging, telling me that the battery is fully charged I ignored it and keep on charging as the battery should not be fully charge in 5 mins. After charging for the whole night.

On Sunday morning, I took it out from the charging box, and found that I cannot power on the blaze. I put it back to the charging box and the Fitbit logo appeared. The blaze showed that it is in low battery status and it is charging. After 10 minutes charging, the blaze is very hot and showed an "!" sign.

I took it out of the charging box and cool it down in room temperature for the whole day. When I tried to charge it again this morning (it is Monday morning in Hong kong now), the display showed some strange mark on it (see pic). The blaze is automatically powered off when I take it out from the charging box and it is heating.

I tried resetting my blaze according to the instruction on this forum but it can't help. Please advise.

@kikiwuc, I'm not sure but i think your saying is that while on the charger the Blaze gets hot?

This usually is a sign of a bad battery or charging circuit.

Yes, it's overheating. Also, the display has got some problem as shown in the pic I attached in previous message.

I am writing to fitbit.com to seek their help. Hope they can get it repaired or give me a replacement.
