Blaze is not charging, screen just blinks.

Hello, 

I have placed my blaze in cradle and it's not charging. Screen keeps blinking between battery icon and home screen.. I have tried different USB cords and electrical outlets. Have cleaned the terminals on both blaze and cradle. Any suggested solutions will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you. I have swapped out wall plug adapter and that seemed to
resolve the issue.
