Hello I have a Fitbit blaze that won't charge. The little battery won't come up. I left it charging for a couple of hours and won't work. I cleaned the charger and the Fitbit, also tried plugging in the charger to multiple different USB outlets and nothing. The carver was working fine last week. Please advice
Best AnswerI bought a new one and had that same issue. I contacted Fitbit directly and they were great. They sent me a label to return it to them, and they sent me a new one all for no cost. I had the choice to return it to the store or to them. I chose them directly incase the store had more like it. Sorry this isn't much help if yours isn't brand new though.
Best AnswerDoes it vibrate when plugging into the charger that's powered up?
Im assuming your tracker does not dosplay the setup message.
Best AnswerIt did nothing at all. I am charging my new one now. I'm interested in how long it will take to charge. The battery icon is still showing red and I plugged it in before I replied to your original post.
