Blaze is not coming on

I bought my husband a Fitbit Blaze at Christmas, it was working perfectly until he went to the gym and his Fitbit started vibrating and then switched off. It hasn’t worked since.

This sounds super odd! I'm sorry about that but I'll be happy to help you out!

 

Has he tried to put it to charge and see if anything comes up on the display? Also, something that he can try is to restart it. For that, even if it doesn't show anything on the display, have him put it to charge for at least an hour and then have him restart it. This is very easy to do, this can be done by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make the tracker to reboot and hopefully bring it back on.
