Really disgusted with fitbit that there is no email address for customer support.
So today I made a call to there customer service telephone line.
So they ran a test to my battery and said oh my battery is working fine. Really. When fitbit says the battery charged should last 3/4 days.
Everyday I have to recharge the fitbit. I am so disgusted with fitbit. What false advertising. Now I will wait a few more days so they can see what I am talking about and call them back.
I am going to contact federal business bureau on false advertising. They should resolve this asap.
