Blaze is not pairing with my Bluetooth

Hi, my Blaze Fitbit will not pair with my Bluetooth, I have tried all your troubleshooting and nothing has helped.

Hello @Elizabeth15273, does your Blaze sync?

You say that you can not pair tye Blaze, but havent explained at what step the pairing process fails or if tyere is an error given.

The thing is, the user can not pair the Fitbit tracker to the phone, this is tye job of the app.

Hi I have registered the app on my phone and went through the set up on my Samsung s6 phone confirmed my email address but when I try to pair my phone with the watch it just keeps saying that blaze won't pair with my phone .

Does it say " Blaze won't pair " or does it say "Pairing rejected by the Blaze"?

 

Does your tracker sync to your fitbit account or does it need to be setup?

I'll repeat a user can not pair the tracker to the phone, this action will be rejected every time.

Hi I registered the app and confirmed the email  It says pairing rejected by blaze . On my Bluetooth on my Android phone I can't get anything on the watch all it says is fitbit.com/set so I am stumped

It's great to welcome you @Elizabeth15273, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and @Rich_Laue for stopping by.

 

I would like to know if you keep having issues setting up your Blaze? If you do, I recommend restarting the tracker and confirm you are doing the following to set it up from your Fitbit app:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

 

Also, if you can provide me with some photos of the error you are seeing would be great.
