My Blaze says that there is no battery life, but when I put it in the charger, the screen indicates that it’s charging and I can also see when the screen indicates the watch is fully charged. If I check the status with my phone or fitbit.com, it's reading that it's not recording steps/activity and says that the battery is dead. The watch is showing my workouts and stats and recording new steps.

I'm having the exact same problem. My battery shows as dead on the app even though the battery is full. The fitbit itself works fine it justvwont sync with My phone.
Because it can't sync it displays the incorrect time, so I can't even use it as a watch
