Blaze is not syncing

I'm trying to sync my Blaze to my Galaxy s8+ and the message I keep getting is that the Blaze is rejecting the sync. How do I get it to sync?

A warm welcome to the Community @TaeandQuinn. I would like to know if you keep having issues syncing your tracker? If you do, I recommend taking a look at the Having trouble syncing? post and follow the instructions provided there.

I did. I keep getting tthe message "pairing rejected by Blaze"

Hi, I am having the same issue. I am trying to sync my blaze since this morning with my usual app on iphone x and win 10 surface. the blaze is connected to the bluethoot but it won't sync.

I tried to reboot the watch and check the apps update on both devices.

Any help?

Thanks for the update @TaeandQuinn, I would like to know if you have paired your Blaze? Since the "pairing rejected by Blaze" message only appears when the tracker isn't setup. If you have already paired your tracker, you just need to log in to your account and it will sync, or are you trying to set any other feature, could you please be more specific or provide me with a screenshot of this error?
