My Fitbit Blaze is not tracking my BPM or sleep. I have 2 line where the BPM used to track.

A warm welcome to the Community @bowler299.

 

If your Blaze isn't recognizing your heart rate information it won't be able to record your sleep. I recommend taking a look at the help article Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.
