Blaze is now a glorified pedometer

So my watch battery died while I was out an about yesterday, so it was a few hours until I was able to put it on charge.... assumed it was extreamly flat and left it to charge in the cradle, after an hour and having absolutely nothing I messed around with it for a while and it finally powered on and started charging. After another hour it had barely charged but I wanted to get a work out in so quickly did that and then put it on charge all night (like normal) synced my phone and noticed it hadn’t tracked my heart rate all day or during exercise.... I left it thinking it was due to my low battery and would sort it in the morning, well it’s 3pm and still nothing.... the green light is permanently on and isn’t flashing ... and guess what 5 hours after taking it off charge it’s almost on low battery again.

The watch is a year old this month so my retailer warranty is expired so now all I have is a pedomtor and a watch.... which is exactly what my phone can already do.

Is there much point contacting support? Is there any kind of warranty from Fitbit or is it just rendered broken now? I can’t really afford to buy a new one either

you answered your own question.  Fitbit will offer you a 25% discount.   huh huh?  that's a bargain!  #not  #screwed

I contacted support, they offered me a full replacement or 50% discount off of a new watch..... as tempting as the 50% was I don’t even have £50 spare to change my watch so gone for the replacement

I'm with ya, I had my SECOND fitbit go bad right after the warranty and received the 25% discount email, how bout a product that works?!?!? I purchased a Blaze on 6/18/18, and now it only shows the dam logo, does nothing else, so it is crap! Any good retailers for purchasing an apple watch?!?!?
